If a customer refuses delivery due to customs charges, import taxes, or other local fees, the order will be treated as a customer-initiated return, and any applicable return shipping charges or related costs may be deducted from the refund.

We are unable to refund customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, or any other local charges collected by your country.
