Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
If you wish to request a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us through our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging
• Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, worn items cannot be returned.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If the return is due to personal reasons, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Preference regarding fit, style, or color
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued for the product price only.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Size Exchanges
We understand that sizing can be difficult for international orders.
If you wish to request a size exchange, please contact us through our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order.
For size exchanges:
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to Japan
• We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Only one size exchange per order may be accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us through our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order, with clear photos and your order details.
If the issue is confirmed:
• We will cover the return shipping cost
• We will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution
Normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by the customer are not considered product defects.
